Entries and fees for all locations are due January 19, 2012. Early bird registration is due Dec 1 for 5% off your entry fees.

In order to calculate the age of your duet/trios and groups, find the average age of your group as of December 31 2011 and drop the decimal.

Those listed on our entry forms release The Ultimate Dance Connection and facility used by such for any and all claims for damages or injuries which may be sustained while participating in any activity connected with this event, its organizers or rental facilities. We also permit The Ultimate Dance Connection use of any photos of entered routines for use in their promotional material - print and web.

EXCEL FORMS

Use our on line Excel registration forms! It's quicker than handwriting, is better for the environment, and you can e-mail them to us once done! You can also use them to send your entry information to other competitions.
